Welcome to our webshop Nuvé Skincare . By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the general terms and conditions below.
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered through this website. Every agreement is concluded on the basis of these terms and conditions.
2. Offer
We do our best to describe the products on the website as clearly and completely as possible. Errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind us.
3. Agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order and it is confirmed by us by e-mail. By ordering you agree to the general terms and conditions.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. We reserve the right to change prices.
5. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address you provided. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, within the stated delivery time. If there is a delay, we will contact you.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full purchase price including shipping costs back. The return costs are for your own account.
7. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Products whose seal has been broken and which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Let us know via the contact form or by email. We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages or loss of profit. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, such as texts, images and products, is protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy or distribute these without permission.
11. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
