At Nuvé Skincare, we believe in thoughtful choices. Our products are carefully formulated and produced in small, fresh batches, so you can enjoy true quality without waste.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Still not completely happy? No problem! You have the right to return your order, in accordance with European law. At the same time, we encourage conscious purchasing, to avoid unnecessary returns and thus waste of raw materials and extra transport.

📅 Reflection period & Right of withdrawal

According to European regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

🧴 For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused and undamaged products.

🔙 This is how returns work:

  1. Please send an email to info@nuveskincare.com within 14 days, stating your name, order number and the product you wish to return.
  2. We will send you the return instructions.
  3. Please return the product, properly packaged and at your own expense, to the specified address.
  4. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days via the original payment method.

At Nuvé Skincare, sustainability and care for our planet are key. Unnecessary returns cause:

  • Additional CO₂ emissions from transport
  • Potential waste of opened or damaged products
  • Unnecessary use of packaging materials
